Mary Catterall came to Port Macquarie from Sydney in 1972 with husband Barry, owning and operating motels, but always loved coming down to Lake Cathie to relax the few times they had a spare minute. Mary worked as a receptionist for Budgens Chartered Accountants and attended TAFE to qualify as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Business Agent and Stock & Station Agent with Distinctions.
In 1994 Mary & Barry opened a real estate office in Lake Cathie and sold the business in 2000 but Mary stayed on as an agent, successfully enjoying looking after her old and new clients. Mary has sold over 1,000 properties in the area, some 2 & 3 times over!
Mary is also a Justice of the Peace and a valued member of our team.
